- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times vary based on your location:
- Economy Shipping: 4-8 business days
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, especially during peak seasons.
- International (outside of the United States) can take up to 30 days.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
