  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary based on your location:
    • Economy Shipping: 4-8 business days
    • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, especially during peak seasons.
  • International (outside of the United States) can take up to 30 days.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
